| The check engine light was on, the car was shuddering and seemed ready to conk out any minute. I pulled into Dobbin Auto Repair, as it was nearby. Javier listened to everything I had to say and, because it was late, promised to get back to me in the morning with an estimate. The next morning he called with his recommendations. He let me know, that the car might need to stay another day if parts did not arrive right away. As it turned out, the car was ready that afternoon with all the work done, including the new tires I had asked for in addition to the necessary repairs. |

I appreciate that the staff takes the time to explain what they?re doing, why they?re doing it, how long it will take and how much it?ll cost-before hand. Which is a great comfort when your primary vehicle your only vehicle is in need of repair. |
